The Wade Family has owned property in Frisco for over 100 years. This tract was originally purchased by John Kirby Wade, Sr. son of John Hickman Wade. DALLAS (Feb. 12, 2014) – Whole Foods Market®will anchor The Forum at Wade Park, the retail center of the expansive 110-acre, mixed-use development announced today by developer Thomas Land  & Development, LLC. Located at the Southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road in Frisco, Texas, Wade Park will be one of the region’s foremost developments, merging upscale retail, fine dining, entertainment, hotels, commercial office space and residential housing.
